Restore Hope: Liberia provides community-based health services — with a focus on mental health — for the most marginalized in last mile communities in Liberia.

Mental health is
foundational for Whole
Health and well-being

The Program

We improve the mental health and well-being of the most marginalized in underserved communities by employing an EFFECTIVE, SCALABLE, SUSTAINABLE mental health service.

The Evidence

We’re taking a WHO endorsed frontline treatment for depression and providing frontline care – healing crippling depression and anxiety in some of the most affected and hardest to reach communities, with exceptional results.

The Advantage

We add value to the health system by training community members to lead group talk therapy – providing care at a fraction of the cost of clinic-based psychological services.

The Trajectory

With a whole health model, grounded in community-based mental health support, we envision bringing access to mental health services, community-based healthcare, and supportive services to communities across Liberia and beyond.
